MFAA26 Prize Terms and Conditions
Frollo for Brokers prize draw (“Promotion”)
1. Promoter name and address
Frollo Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 49 613 113 269) of Level 35, 100 Mount Street, North Sydney 2060, Australia (the Promoter).
2. Who may enter and method of entry
Entry is open only to individuals who:
- attend Mortgage & Finance Association of Australia (MFAA) National Conference in Melbourne on 22 July 2026;
- are aged 18 years or over;
- complete the online competition entry form hosted on the Promoter’s website have registered for Frollo for Brokers, whether, before or during the Promotional Period; and
- provide a valid email address and contact telephone number; and satisfy these Terms and Conditions.
Each person is eligible for one (1) entry only for the purpose of this Promotion.
Neither the Promotion nor the awarding of the prize is open to:
- employees of the Promoter;
- parties to whom the Promoter has contracted work in relation to the Promotion;
- parties who are otherwise directly involved with this Promotion; or
- any immediate family member of the above-mentioned parties.
3. Duration of entry period
The Promotion commences: at 8:00 am AEST on 22, July 2026 and closes at 09:00 am AEST on 13, August 2026 (Promotion Period).
4. Details of prizes
One (1) entry will be drawn from the registrations.
One valid entry drawn will receive one (1) $1,000 Prezzee eGift Card.
The eGift Card is subject to the issuer’s (Prezzee) terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry period, redemption conditions and usage restrictions.
The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for cash unless required by law.
5. Date, time and place of draw
The prize draw will be conducted at 12:00 pm AEST on 17 August 2026.
The draw will be conducted by using an electronic random selection process from all valid eligible entries received during the Promotional Period, at Level 35, 100 Mount Street, North Sydney, 2060 Australia.
6. Publication of winner’s name
The winner will be notified by email and the mobile number provided by 2:00 pm AEST on 17 August 2026. The winner’s first initial, surname and State/Territory may be published on the Promoter’s website and social media channels for a minimum period required by applicable law.
7. Unclaimed prize draw
The winner must claim their prize and confirm contact details by return email within seven (7) days of notification.
If the prize is not claimed within seven (7) days of notification, the Promoter may conduct an unclaimed prize redraw at 12:00 pm AEST on 24 August 2026 at the same location as the original draw, subject to applicable law. Any redraw winner will be notified in the same manner as the original winner. The Promoter reserves the right to conduct further redraws if required, subject to applicable law.
8. Cost
No separate fee is charged specifically to enter the Promotion.
9. Exclusion of Liability
Subject to applicable law, the Promoter’s decision regarding the Promotion is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
The Promoter is under no obligation to provide reasons for any of its decisions.
A prize must be taken as offered and cannot be varied.
Where applicable, a winner may be liable to declare a prize for tax purposes. The Promoter takes no responsibility for any tax payable on a prize. If any tax is payable on a prize, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. Independent financial advice should be sought.
Notwithstanding the above, nothing in this clause or these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or statutory guarantees that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable law.
10. Privacy
The Promoter collects personal information in order to administer the Promotion, contact entrants and otherwise conduct the Promotion.
Entrants may separately opt in to receive marketing communications from the Promoter. Entry into the Promotion is not conditional upon consenting to receive marketing communications.
The Promoter may publish limited winner information where required by applicable law, or in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.

11. Inconsistency
To the extent that there is any inconsistency between these Terms and Conditions and any other published material, these Terms and Conditions will prevail.
12. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
13. Acknowledgement
By entering the Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
